Thank you for shopping RebirthInHer. Every order is prepared with care, and we want you to know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has finished processing, you will receive tracking information at the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
Ready-to-ship items will typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom wigs, pre-order wigs, raw hair/bundles, and other made-to-order items may require up to 14 business days for processing, unless a different processing timeframe is stated on the individual product page.
Merchandise and lifestyle products may have different processing times depending on availability. Please refer to the individual product description for the most accurate timeframe.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RebirthInHer is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, packages marked delivered, or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
