Wigs & Hair Products: For hygiene and customization reasons, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and other hair products are final sale.
Custom Wigs: Custom orders are created according to the specifications selected or agreed upon when ordering. Custom orders are final sale. Where appropriate, RebirthInHer may offer a reasonable modification rather than a refund.
Refurbished Wigs: All refurbished units are final sale and sold in their disclosed condition.
Merchandise: Limited-edition, pre-order, and made-to-order merchandise is final sale unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Digital Products: Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product purchases are final sale.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law regarding items that arrive defective, damaged, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise qualify for a legal remedy.
